Scottish Epilepsy Initiative is the home of the TEA Room, the Teenage Epilepsy Agenda, our online forum designed to provide emotional and social support for young people living with epilepsy in Scotland (and now Queensland, Australia!). The TEA Room can be accessed here.
Founded in 2003, we are a young and exciting charity who work to provide much needed support for people with epilepsy in Scotland. Our key focus is to work closely with people with epilepsy to provide practical solutions that make a simple, but effective impact on ordinary lives.
This website explains more about our vision, what we do, and our appeals. You can also apply to Scottish Epilepsy Initiative for our grants, which are available for individuals and projects related to epilepsy in Scotland.
Thank you very much for your interest in our work and please don’t hesitate to contact us for further information.
